Kathleen Blasi is drawn to telling stories that feature quiet heroes. Budding astronaut Milo, of Milo’s Moonlight Mission, takes charge of fostering quality time with his busy mother, while celebrating the wonder of nature and connection. Forthcoming Two-by-Two: A World War II Friendship Story features two child allies, anchored in a special bond, during a dark time in U.S. history.

Kathleen has served as Co-President of Rochester Area Children’s Writers & Illustrators and is former Co-Director of the Rochester Children's Book Festival, for which she and her Co-Director received the 2015 New York State Reading Association Literacy Advocate Award.
