Rachel DiNunzio is an award winning children’s author & illustrator all about kindness, creativity, and empowerment! Rachel’s book collection features a variety of titles from her Forsynthia children’s graphic novel series, to The Adventures of Olive the Chameleon Cat, Scarlet’s Symphony and about twenty other early readers, picture books, and educationally published titles. Rachel’s mission is to foster a love of reading, to encourage independent thinking, and to help all children reach their highest potential. Rachel is a passionate creative educator at the Rochester Institute of Technology where she feels so lucky to help the next generation of creatives find success in their creative careers!

Rachel is a proud RIT grad with degrees both in Graphic Design and Illustration as well as a Masters in Publishing from The George Washington University. Rachel enjoys traveling the country to speak, educate, and advocate for children’s education, books, libraries, and literacy. Rachel has enjoyed designing and illustrating for an array of clients from Jim Henson to Apple Inc. and many places in between.
